  • Drea's Story: Awakening to the Dream Your Soul Has Been Whispering
    2026/07/26

What do you do when the thing your soul is calling you to is the very thing that scares you most?

In this conversation, Drea shares the story of a voice she has carried since she was thirteen. The first time she sang in front of people, a woman slipped into the back of the church, a woman who had planned to end her life that day and had prayed to be led to someone singing Amazing Grace. Drea was that someone. That moment showed her, young, what it feels like to be a vessel for something bigger than herself.

    And still, the fear came.

She walked away from singing for years. She took the safe job. She cried on the side of the road on her way home, knowing it wasn't her life. This episode is about what it took to turn back toward the pull, and what she learned about self-trust on the way.

You'll hear about the year of yes she gave herself. The Indiana Jones bridge, where the next step only appears once you move. Why nerves and excitement light up the same place in your brain, and how to talk to your fear instead of letting it run the show. And the truth that the harshest judgment we fear from others almost always begins with the judgment we hold for ourselves.

Drea and I have known each other for years. I coached her through some of this. So there's a full-circle magic to hearing her name a dream out loud that is now actually happening: she's singing at Carnegie Hall.

If you feel something inside you asking for more, if you know there's a calling and you're scared to follow it, this one is for you.

  • Following and Trusting Your Energy
    2026/07/20

We've been taught to treat our energy like a budget. Allocate it in advance. Spend according to the plan. Earn our rest at the end of the day. But none of those rules come from your body's innate intelligence.

In this episode I'm sharing two recent experiences where the energy was guiding me in ways my mind absolutely did not approve of. A 30 hour drive home from Colorado with no overnight stop. A 2am wake up that turned into one of the most joyful mornings of our RV renovation.

Both times my mind said no. Both times I followed the energy anyway. And both times resulted in aligned experiences.

We'll talk about interoception, the sixth sense most of us have never been taught about, and how your body is continuously reading what's actually available to you right now. We'll look at fatigue as protective information rather than personal failure. And we'll explore what shifts when you stop managing your body like a machine and start working with it as the divinely intelligent vessel it already is.

  • The Aftershock of Choosing Me: When Standing in Your Truth Still Doesn't Feel Good
    2026/07/13

There was a moment, right at the beginning, when something in her said pay attention.

Not a loud no. Just a flicker.

Ginny said yes anyway. And what followed was a slow unraveling of one of the oldest patterns she carries, the one that says it is not okay to change your mind, to go back on your word, to choose you.

In this episode she takes you inside a real decision as it happened. The anxiety she almost explained away. The moment saying no landed like an aftershock. And the surprising twist that made her question whether she had gotten it wrong at all.

If you have ever felt that quiet tug and wondered whether to trust it, come find out what the yes that moves you forward might actually feel like.
