  • SURPRISE MONDAY DROP! Executive Producer and Youngest of the Miller sisters, Rebecca Miller!
    2026/06/07

The last out of the Miller sister series is Rebecca Miller!

Rebecca is the youngest out of the Miller sisters, who are my American sisters in LA. She is a wife and mother to two young boys and lives in Los Angeles.

I sat down with Rebecca when I was in LA recently to talk about her interesting job as an executive producer on reality tv shows. We also had a great chat about home births and how she had two completely different experiences with each of her sons.

Our conversation touched on the topics of:

What it's like working and having a career in the entertainment industry as a freelance producer and some of the difficulties when it comes to being a Mum as well.

Rebecca was honest as well in that as women, we don't often talk about how joyous and healing our birth experiences can be and that a lot of the time, society does tend to fixate on the traumatic side.

Rebecca is a passionate advocate for women and especially mothers who also want to have a career as well and want to own that!

  • What it's like to work in the Entertainment Industry in LA/Busy Mum of two with my American sister Molly Miller
    2026/06/04

I spent last week in LA after attending a personal branding workshop in NYC.

I stayed with my American sister Molly Miller at her place with her husband Wylie and two young daughters. I have three American sisters in total and Molly is the one who I shared a room with and lived with in 1998 whilst on was on exchange to Nebraska.

Molly came to Broome in 2024 for my wedding where she was a bridesmaid and we have this bond that is certainly like sisters. She is one of the most kind and generous people I have ever met.

I really wanted to get her on the podcast to chat about what it's like working in the Entertainment Industry in LA, how she even got such a dream job and what it's like being a Mum of two young daughters, being a wife and still managing to stay sane!

Anyone that knows Molly personally can agree that she is one of the hardest working and driven women I know. It only made sense to hear her story and hopefully inspire other ambitious Mums out there!

  • What it's like to be an LA Actress/Writer for over 20 years - American sister Abby Miller!
    2026/05/28

Abby Miller is the eldest daughter of the Miller family, the family I lived with in 1998 as an exchange student in Nebraska and who I have kept in contact with over the years.

In my 8th visit to the States, I knew that I needed to get all the Miller girls onto the podcast individually to hear each of their stories.

They are all involved in the LA Entertainment industry in some way and so today's episode features Abby.

Abby has been living in LA for the past 23 years and has been in Tv Shows such as Madmen, Justified, The Sinner, Home before Dark and in the movies, Jess Plus none and California Scenario.

We discuss A LOT of things but just some of the topics include:

*What it's been like living in LA for the past 23 years after moving from Nebraska and how it was surviving during the pandemic and writers strikes.

*Juggling writing scripts in between mum duties.

    And a whole lot more!

As usual send me a DM with what resonated for you!
