And when you're watching a loved on from the outside, it's impossible to know how to help them break free. Michelle Sposito's eldest daughter had ambitions, hope and joy. But he trapped her in a cat and mouse game of emotional and psychological warfare. There was no way out - and on that last day, he made a decision that ended her life. Her name is Amy Bowden. She was only 26. Michelle reveals the helplessness of watching Amy's vitality be stolen away. She explains what happened on that last day and questions why police did not examine Amy's death with a domestic violence lens. This episode discusses coercive control, drug use and death.     Creative, artistic, adventurous, fun, gregarious - she was many things to those who loved her. To her kids, she was their dedicated mum who just wanted the best for them. Her name is Sherry Joy Bulman. She was only 40 years old. He murdered her because she wanted a new life away from him. She was pregnant with her seventh child.

    Some 36 years after her murder, Sherry's daughter Tarna and her best friend Judith-Rose tell the story of their beloved woman. The hardships, the joyous times and the ongoing impact of generational trauma across both their timelines. This episode discusses domestic violence, coercive control and murder. It is not safe for children.
