"Damn the Man. Save the Empire!" Shane is joined by Chris Schneider to take a look at the amazing film "Empire Records" and all of the 90s glory that was captured. From amazing performances, to the soundtrack, to the real life inspirations and how relatable the film was to a generation that grew up working retail jobs. There's so much to discuss, but we're "Open until Midnight". In a little post script, Shane squeezes in some time to discuss this year's Oscars with Chris.

Shane and Mark get together to wander through the hedge maze of the film, "Club Dread". While listening to Coconut Pete's music, they try to avoid Machete Pete, and save Jenny and Penelope, while using their FBI Serial Killer Investigation skills to get to the bottom of why this film is so much and enjoyable to quote and talk about.

Shane and Annette get together to discuss the question: Can men and women be friends without sex getting in the way? More specifically, they get together to discuss how Rob Reiner and Nora Ephron's film handles this topic. In the wake of Reiner's murder, Shane and Annette take some extra time to look at his career and the genius of his storytelling.

Shane gets Sergio Avalos to join him, so that they can share their love for the horror genre, and discuss one of Wes Craven's great masterpieces. They look at the legacy this film left on the franchise, as well as discussing how it influenced other films in the genre.

For the second episode of Season 2, Shane turned to his longtime collaborator, Troy Myers to come on and talk about a film that will surprise no one: "Dazed and Confused". The guys get into Troy's love for the film, his history with the film, as well as taking a look at a very stacked cast of 90s actors.

Shane Talks is back for a second season, with a new format. For the first guest, Shane is reunited with the greatest co-host in the history of podcasting: Jason L. Maier, who chose Joss Whedon's 2005 sci-fi film "Serenity" to discuss. The guys discuss their love of the "Firefly" Universe, as well as the cast, and a discussion of Jason's pursuit to get the film's poster signed.
