My entire perspective on women’s sexuality recently shifted — especially around the idea of containment. In this episode I share a personal realization that changed how I understand arousal, dominance, submission, deep pleasure, and the layers of shame many of us carry around sexuality.

This is NOT meant to be a teaching episode.

It’s more of a reflection on my own personal revelations and new practices that have changed how I relate to women and sex.

I’m still actively learning and integrating these ideas, so take this as a window into my process - rather than a polished explanation of everything.
