Hey ladies, so you launched your group program and only a couple of people signed up... or maybe zero did. When my clients walk through a flop like that, I clap and say, “Congratulations, welcome to the club!” As a Christian Business Coach, I see this all the time, and it's usually not your offer. Today I'm sharing what's really going on and how my very first group filled from warm people.

What you'll learn in this episode:

— Why your first group fills from warm people (not a huge audience), and the group coaching for Christian women mistake that leaves you with a group of one.

— The launch detail one client skipped because she didn't want to seem salesy... and why it meant zero sign-ups.

— How I grandfathered my first five clients ever into The Selah Collective, and why it's not always about the money.

— The 2024 launch that made me question everything as a Christian online business owner, even though the numbers were actually fine.

— How a four-month first launch became a five-year program, plus the launch rhythm I repeat without anxiety in my faith-based online business.
