Sometimes when we have to change or adjust plans because the circumstances of life are requiring us to, it can bring up some change and inner doubting. How do you make room for the disappointment for what you wanted and also have grace for yourself as you're navigating the new path? That's exactly what Sara Cate and Ashley are discussing in the final episode of Season 3.

We’re proud of how we handled this season of our lives as we've found ourselves shifting. Something we've always committed to is checking in with ourselves, and moving from a place of authenticity. And although it was hard to not be as "consistent" with regular episodes, we feel very strongly about continuing the work to listen to our bodies and hope we can inspire you to continue to do the same.

As we close out the container for season 3, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude towards all of you that have supported us through the changes of these last few months. We will be back! We'll be the same us, with new perspectives and new roles, and we can't wait!

What do we do when we can’t do anything about the situation we’re in? Sometimes no matter how much we want to actively change a situation, we can’t. It could be because we’re just waiting for a certain date on the calendar to arrive, or we have done what we could and now we’re stuck waiting for the results, or maybe because of financial reasons. In these moments, we can turn to our body to give us information to help us co-exist with the discomfort of not being able to act. It doesn’t mean that this makes everything feel okay, but it does give us some power back when it all seems so unknown or uncertain.

In this Session, we discuss how we can work with our physiology when we can’t make big moves. There are so many things we cannot control but we can help our body shift. We're even providing examples of how we support the physical sensations of discomfort, the looping thoughts, and the need for our brain to still play an active role.

  • Episode 73 : The Strength in Receiving + A MEGA Surprise!!!

In this episode, we explore what it means to be “the strong one” the person who keeps it together, shows up for everyone else, and pushes through even when life feels unbearably heavy. We talk about the hidden exhaustion that comes from always being the reliable one and the fear that asking for help might make us look weak or incapable. We also get into the uncomfortable truth that sometimes, even when we finally reach out, we don’t actually know what we need we just know we can’t keep holding everything alone.

Together, we unpack the process of learning how to receive support and the importance of finding the right kind of support that feels safe and aligned. And most importantly, we challenge the belief that real strength only exists in self-sufficiency. Because strength is also allowing softness, resting without guilt, and letting ourselves be cared for while we’re still figuring it out. Even the strong deserve to be held.

AND there is a MEGA, darling, beautiful surprise coming at you from Ashley during this session so don't miss out!!
