False teachers can weaken a church's faith, distort the gospel, and turn ministry into competition. In this Mission SONlight Sabbath School Bible Study, Christopher Beason leads a study of Lesson 12, "Dealing with False Teachers," from 1 and 2 Corinthians.

Paul's counsel gives practical guidance for recognizing false teaching, defending biblical truth with humility, and responding to error with both courage and the gentleness of Christ. The lesson also examines what it means to boast in the Lord, why Paul endured suffering for the gospel, and how believers can examine themselves to see whether they are in the faith.

This study covers 2 Corinthians 10 through 13, including spiritual warfare, false apostles, Christian leadership, church discipline, repentance, and restoration. It also includes discussion questions for personal reflection and church Bible study.
