Welcome to another episode of our EBC Prayer Podcast. As discussed in our previous episodes, our prayers will be rooted in the 66 books of the Bible. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from 1 Corinthians 6:11, and it reads: “And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”
As we pray, let us remember that the Lord offers us restoration and a new identity as children of God, through His love and mercy. He will cleanse, purify, and restore us to wholeness. Many of us lived in ways that are far from righteousness. Yet, through the grace of God, we have been transformed, and we have been cleansed from our past.
