As usual (I say with a repertoire of TWO whole podcasts under my belt lol) this episode is organic and went wherever it needed to go. I love the thought of exploring down rabbit holes and poking a big stick into the conversations we're taught we're not allowed to have.

Sam did the hard yards when she was younger, trying to define herself under the weight of all my Gen-Z expectations and inherited insecurities.

But, she made it out alive, with gratitude and grace and is here to share with you what she learned, how she found the courage to really know herself and how you can do the same.

While this is not about blaming the people that came before us, it's about sharing our stories boldly, bravely and with absolute authenticity.
