Robert Atkinson, PhD is an award-winning author, educator, and developmental psychologist whose work bridges storytelling, transformation, and the evolution of consciousness. His latest book, The Way of Unity: Essential Principles and Preconditions for Peace (2025) invites readers to embrace the unitive wisdom guiding our collective evolution. Deborah is the author of Space Between the Stars, co-editor of All the Women in My Family Sing, and her newest memoir, Loving the Fire: Choosing Me, Finding Freedom — a deeply personal account tracing her journey from daughter of a pioneering interracial couple, through her 34-year marriage to music legend Carlos Santana, to the spiritual awakening and rebirth that followed her courageous decision to begin again.

A holder of a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Religion with a concentration in Women's Spirituality, Deborah brings both scholarly grounding and lived devotion to everything she does.
