What does it mean to seek the Lord? In today’s Seek HIM First episode, we’re learning from Isaiah 51:1 about what it means to look for Jesus Christ and follow Him every day.
We’ll talk about simple ways kids can seek Jesus, like praying, reading the scriptures, being kind, forgiving others, and asking, “What would Jesus want me to do?”
Plus, we have fun Come Follow Me trivia questions to help kids remember what they learned!
This episode goes along with Come Follow Me for Kids: October 5–11, Isaiah 50–57, and is perfect for families looking for a short, faith filled way to study the scriptures together.

We want to hear from YOU! ❤️
Have your child record a short voice memo telling us how they Seek HIM First. It can be something simple like praying, reading the scriptures, helping someone, listening to a Primary song, or thinking about Jesus during the day.
Have them say:
“Hi! My name is ___, I’m ___ years old, and I Seek HIM First by ___!”
Keep it short and sweet, and have a parent or guardian email the recording to seekhimfirstcfm@gmail.com.
Please include your child’s first name, age, and your name as the parent or guardian. By sending the recording, you give permission for it to potentially be shared on a future Seek HIM First podcast episode.
We can’t wait to hear all the different ways kids and families are choosing to Seek HIM First! ❤️
