Over the holidays, I disconnected from the internet and all devices completely.
The self-imposed rules were:
- No smartphone
- No laptop
- No streaming
- No internet
Instead, I spent those two weeks reading, connecting with people, and texting a lot. In this episode I share what I've learnt and how I'm creating intentional boundaries around my tech to help me achieve everything I want to achieve in 2026.
I talk about:
- My offline experience
- How technology shapes how we perceive time
- The Zeigarnik effect and how it affects the mental load we get from smartphones/the internet
- How time felt infinite during my experiment
- And much more.
Enjoy!
