First, so sorry for the delay in getting this next episode out of the archive show…Been a bit busy. But you’re in for a special treat. This is a two-parter featuring the great music producer Sebastian Krys. If you don’t know his name, you may know the artists he’s worked with Gloria Estefan, Marc Anthony, Celia Cruz, Ricky Martin and Will Smith–but it was his producing of four Elvis Costello records, Look Now, Hey Clockface, The Boy Named If and the fantastic reworking of Costello’s This Year’s Model, called Spanish Model.

We talked so much about his long career, the musicians–including my hero Elvis, but also the state of Latin Music and the best sub shop in Woodland Hills. This is why it’s a two-parter. This interview originally aired in February, 2022.
