This is special episode and another first for the Podcast as we talk about two local cycling events: MISALIGNED MINDS and HILLS AND HOLLERS FOR HABITAT. The first is that it is the first time we have had a family member on the show, my Cousin Caroline Murphy. She is with Paducah-McCracken County Habitat for Humanity and is greatly involved in the organization of the first annual Hills and Hollers for Habitat Cycling Event that takes place OCT. 10 with check in starting at 8 AM at Rosebower Baptist Church near Reidland KY. Misty Wilkins Bohanon is with Bikeworld Performance Racing and organizing this cycling event which started in 1990. Both rides include different distances and proceeds benefit great programs which you will hear about in our conversation.
