I did a thing earlier this week. I booked my place on a trip walking part of The Camino from Portugal to Spain, a journey of 156km. This trip is happening next year with the amazing Tamara (Cuchira) Levinson. She walked this same walk only a few weeks ago and I was glued to her stories as she made her pilgrimage. I couldn’t wait to have her back on the podcast to hear all about her journey.

This is a high energy conversation as we talk about Tamara’s experiences on a spiritual, physical and intellectual level, and how feats of endurance like this can show us just how strong we are and prepare us and make us more resilient when life happens.
