Welcome to a new episode of Ye Olde Dragon's Library storytelling podcast!

Season 15 features chapters from HERE THERE WERE DRAGONS, Book 2 in the AFV Defender series, military science fiction and space opera.

These are the adventures of the crew of the E&D (exploration and diplomacy) ship, AFV Defender. While they aren't quite as death-defying as a certain other notorious ship in the Fleet, they're developing a legend of their own. Some good. Some bad. But most important, they're a family, with all the benefits and drawbacks.

Every day is a new adventure. If their misfit luck doesn't finally run out on them.

Here There Were Dragons, AFV Defender Book 2

When a spoiled brat ambassador breaks regulations to invade a newly discovered world with dragons in its legends, the Defender is sent to clean up his mess. Captain Genys Arroyan and her female officers deal with a matriarchal society, dracs with allergies, and a disease that turns men into children. A typical mission for the AFV Defender.
