After days of searching there is still no sign of a San Diego man and his nephew who disappeared off the coast of Baja last weekend as Tropical Storm Rachel approached. And still no sign of the San Diego kayaker who disappeared Monday. Chula Vista's long-awaited Harbor Park Playground is officially open. Today is California's "Great Shake-Out" Earthquake drill. The Padres had their end of the season media session Wednesday. NBC 7's Steve Luke has those stories, and Chief Meteorologist Sheena Parveen has a look at the heat on the way on October 15th.
