Jessica designs consistent wellness containers that train emotional awareness, self-trust, and relational confidence. People leave more regulated, more articulate, and more connected to where they live and who they live among. Join us as we discuss how she developed her vision for a space that goes beyond physical fitness, how she went from getting a degree in athletic training to teaching yoga in the park to opening her own studio, and what drives her to keep creating and exploring.
