Power outages are coming to Port Allen and Brusly—scheduled, not emergency. Brusly residents on Choctaw Road, Ellwood Road, Hinters Pointe Lane, Pluma Lane, Aubrey Ann Drive, Corral Alley, Country Club Road & Drive, Mill Town Road, Weldon Lane, and behind the Brusly Golf Course brace for a 2-hour outage Friday, August 14th, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. In Port Allen, folks on Brittany Drive, Arlene Drive, Chatelain Drive, Metro Drive, Woodland Court, American Way, Cassandra Drive, Oak Alley, Liberty Lane, or Liberty Drive will experience a longer outage Monday, August 17th, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. It’s routine maintenance to keep the grid healthy—so charge your devices, stock up on candles, and plan ahead.
