  • Curiosity Without Captivity: Conspiracy Theories, Rabbit Holes & Learning Discernment
    2026/07/08

I’ve loved a good conspiracy theory and rabbit hole for as long as I can remember - and honestly, I still do. 👀

But over the years, especially through my own spiritual awakening, I’ve also learned how easy it can be for curiosity to turn into consumption. In this episode, I’m sharing some honest reflections on the rabbit holes I’ve gone down, the darker places they can sometimes lead, and what I’ve learned about discernment along the way.

Because maybe the question isn’t always just, “Is this true?” Maybe it’s also: Where is this information leading me? How is it making me feel? Is it expanding me? Or consuming me?

This isn’t about dismissing conspiracy theories, blindly trusting everything we’re told, or pretending there isn’t truth hidden in unexpected places. It’s about learning how to stay curious without losing ourselves in the search.

    Curiosity without captivity. ✨

  • Bob Lazar, S4 & The Consciousness Question
    2026/06/10

Today I’m diving into the S4 / Bob Lazar documentary and one of the biggest questions it left me with - could there be a connection between advanced technology and consciousness?

We chat about Bob Lazar’s claims, UFO propulsion, Element 115, and some of the ideas that genuinely fascinated me while watching the documentary. I also share my own personal thoughts and interpretations around where technology, spirituality, and consciousness MIGHT overlap.

This isn’t about claiming absolute truth, just curiosity, open-minded conversation, and exploring the fascinating possibilities.

What do you think? could highly advanced technology eventually feel almost spiritual… or even consciousness-based? 👽✨

  • Spirituality, Stereotypes & Being Misunderstood
    2026/05/29

What does a “spiritual person” even look like?

In this episode, I explore the stereotypes surrounding spirituality, how those assumptions can feel surprisingly hurtful, and my own experience of feeling misunderstood. I also reflect on spirituality versus religion, inner connection, and why I think we’ve complicated something that may have always been deeply personal.

Maybe spirituality isn’t about fitting a mold, maybe it’s about coming home to yourself.
