I’ve loved a good conspiracy theory and rabbit hole for as long as I can remember - and honestly, I still do. 👀
But over the years, especially through my own spiritual awakening, I’ve also learned how easy it can be for curiosity to turn into consumption. In this episode, I’m sharing some honest reflections on the rabbit holes I’ve gone down, the darker places they can sometimes lead, and what I’ve learned about discernment along the way.
Because maybe the question isn’t always just, “Is this true?” Maybe it’s also: Where is this information leading me? How is it making me feel? Is it expanding me? Or consuming me?
This isn’t about dismissing conspiracy theories, blindly trusting everything we’re told, or pretending there isn’t truth hidden in unexpected places. It’s about learning how to stay curious without losing ourselves in the search.
Curiosity without captivity. ✨
