In this episode, Michael & Phillip have the pleasure of interviewing Eva Aridjis, the director of the documentary 'Goodbye Horses: the Many Lives of Q Lazzarus'.

Q Lazzarus was a musician whose career was just beginning to take off in the 1990's when she mysteriously disappeared without a trace. Despite her single Goodbye Horses gaining popularity, her wherabouts and her fate remained unknown...until Eva stepped into just the right Uber one day in Brooklyn.

Join us as we talk to Eva about how she befriended Q and what it was like documenting her incredible story and sharing it with the world. We also play a few select tracks from the documentary soundtrack, which is the first time the rest of Q's music has been shared with the world.

Marianne Faithfull was a singer/songwriter who defied categorization, a fashion icon of the Swinging London scene of the 60's & 70's, and an actress who skyrocketed into the spotlight as Mick Jagger's girlfriend in 1966. Her youthful innocence was soon tarnished by a bad girl reputation (some would say unfairly) and she lost favor with the London crowd of the time. The next several decades would reveal a tumultuous series of peaks & valleys, including homelessness and the loss of her child, which changed Marianne and the sound of her music forever. Through it all, she continued to release music that testified to the tenacity of her spirit, collaborating with legends such as PJ Harvey, Nick Cave, Brian Eno, and more.
