In this episode I talk a bit about how I approach my own resistance - by acknowledging the voice/thoughts that are holding us back -- we are shining the "light" of our conscious awareness on these "shadow" aspects. The conditioned bits of our Selves that are fearful, worried or anticipating some negative response/reaction -- are the pieces of available energy ready to be alchemized.

By acknowledging both desire and resistance - you will Be the Alchemist. You will be the Magician - knowing Thyself as a Creator again. It's powerful and it's the way to change reality. Through the duality within, to create inner harmony. As above, so below.

How do you get into the Receiving Mode? By acknowledging when you are receiving - which is sometimes seemingly very mundane things.... oh yeah, I gotta get the clothes out of the dryer... grab that library book or your reusable grocery bags... and then momentum ensues, you're realigning your mind to be "receptive" -- and the bigger "downloads" start coming through.

In this episode I do a double-click on some examples of when I did receive and what the metaphysics of my state of being were --- so we can all reproduce the theory, find what works for us -- and do it more and more. We're all receiving -- and as we begin to make the recognition of cause & effect w/i ourselves -- life gets really fun. 🤩

I mention feeding both wolves, which is this section video on acknowledging that both your inner critic (yang/rudder) and your inner enthusiast (yin/sails) are voices in your head, and as you find harmony and balance between the two -- you're at the helm and navigating reality in the flow state. 🛞⛵☯️⚡🌊
