Do you all ever get the feeling we're just getting to know ourselves better?

What makes you feel good? What helps you let your cork bob back up 🍾 - so you can float again, merrily in the stream of life, that is, but a dream.... 🌬️🍃🌼

This audio was recorded after quite a few days of being out of alignment - I did take my microdose (THC) - "out of alignment" means for me: I wasn't in tuned dominantly to my own vibration, with my own storyline, with my own cultivation of familiarity with my desires.

I use the term "touchstone" frequently to articulate the ways we can all pivot back to the feeling place that is the sacred knowing that it all is working out, everything is leading you to -- the inevitability of the wish fulfilled. You can use scents, visualizations, journaling - ultimately it's to tune your radio to the channel that feels good = alignment with your Inner Knowing.

There is a video version on youtube w/ random videos from my camera roll. Olive makes an appearance 🐶 as well as a message I received from Spirit via a steamy post-shower mirror. This message must have been from (??!!??) my niece's core frequency. I don't even know what that means but -- it happened. 🚿🪞⚡♾️💗 It felt like confirmation my timeline had shifted - my life would have impacts on future generations - new cycles were in play- and tbh I had forgotten about that until I went looking for videos for this podcast. I needed that reminder. Non-linear living. Following impulses.... I love this place! 🌎 - most of the time.

How do you get into the Receiving Mode? By acknowledging when you are receiving - which is sometimes seemingly very mundane things.... oh yeah, I gotta get the clothes out of the dryer... grab that library book or your reusable grocery bags... and then momentum ensues, you're realigning your mind to be "receptive" -- and the bigger "downloads" start coming through.

In this episode I do a double-click on some examples of when I did receive and what the metaphysics of my state of being were --- so we can all reproduce the theory, find what works for us -- and do it more and more. We're all receiving -- and as we begin to make the recognition of cause & effect w/i ourselves -- life gets really fun. 🤩

I mention feeding both wolves, which is this section video on acknowledging that both your inner critic (yang/rudder) and your inner enthusiast (yin/sails) are voices in your head, and as you find harmony and balance between the two -- you're at the helm and navigating reality in the flow state. 🛞⛵☯️⚡🌊
