• Do not Say You Love Him (Jesus) as Long as You can Lay Sin in Your Bosom, which Pierced His Heart. Is that You who say You Love Jesus and yet You Identify as Gay- the Sin that Pierced Jesus' Heart?
    2026/07/14

Today is July 14, 8:35 am Chicago time. Four hours ago, I was reading from A Year of Puritan Devotional Readings, Voices from the Past, July 14: "Do not say that you love Him (Jesus) as long as you lay sin in your bosom, which pierced His Heart" by Puritan William Gurnall. His use of bosom reminded me of Psalm 66:18 in the NIV: "If I had cherished sin in my heart (bosom), the Lord would not have listened." And I thought of people - mainly born-again believers claiming to love Jesus - and identifying themselves as gay: laying in their bosom a sin that Jesus died for. I also thought of Evangelical pastors who identify born-again believers attracted to the same sex as gay Christians, an identity derived from LGBTQ's gay is a marker of personhood. I'm calling out pastors who wear the name Evangelical, because they should know better! And I think of how God holds them accountable for mixing Christianity with LGBTQ ideology - and what Jesus said about stumbling blocks: Matt. 18:6-9 and 16:23, and Luke 17:1-2. Think of how serious it is to Jesus when stumbling blocks come from a pastor, especially when the idea of the gay Christian identifies with what it means to be gay: desiring perverted sex practices with someone of the same sex (an abomination): "which pierced his (Jesus') heart." That is what Evangelical pastors should proclaim instead of coddling people in an identity that insults Jesus' finished work on the cross. Please check out my episode on "compassion" and also the series: "The Gay Christian." The Upside-Down Kingdom Bible. And Preston Sprinkle." The Upside-Down Kingdom Bible, packaged in the NIV, contains commentaries by Sprinkle on gender and sexuality from the unbiblical and heretical perspectives of the gay Christian and sexual orientation (an invention of Sigmund Freud, a God-hater). Sprinkle is the president of The Center for Faith, Sexuality, and Gender. If you are an Evangelical pastor, I implore you to check out those episodes and unpack Sprinkle's commentaries with your church - to protect them from falling prey to them. If you aren't a pastor, those episodes are for you as well. To all my listeners, I highly recommend purchasing A Year of Puritan Devotional Readings, Voices from the Past. Also, please go to YouTube and access Jared Moore's unpacking of Sprinkle's heresies.

  • You are Born Again and this Podcast is Leading You to Stop Identifying Yourself as a Gay Chistian. Or you are an Evangelical Pastor and You No Longer use Gay Christian with Your Church. Now What? Romans 8 Holds the Answer
    2026/07/13

This episode takes you through Romans 8, a chapter that, perhaps more than any other in the New Testament, unpacks the identity of a born-again believer in Christ: who they were before being born again and who they are now. If you are born again and identify yourself as a gay Christian, I pray that this episode will lead you to repent of it and bury it for good. If you are an Evangelical pastor and have fallen prey to the idea of the gay Christian, I pray that you will remove it from your church. More than that: from the pulpit, expose that the idea of the gay Christian insults Jesus and His finished work on the cross, even if it loses membership. If you are a gay affirming pastor or a pastor "outed" as gay, I pray that Romans 8 will lead you to repent and consider if you are born again. I am not being very nice, am I? Now is the time to trade "nice" for biblical truth, and my admonition based in God's love: His call to repentance and to experiencing Romans 8. That is "true" love! I think of it like this: "God does not want to spend eternity without you." Check out: "Compassion that Coddles, Deceives, and Imprisons...Compassion that Convicts is Grounded in Truth and Transforms. Do you Know the Difference?" Also: "The Gay Christian. The Upside-Down Kingdom Bible. And Preston Sprinkle." Election, God choosing people for heaven, is often a hot point of controversy. I've been there - vehemently opposing election. Not anymore. YouTube videos about election published by Banner of Truth and under the name Johanthan Edwards were the reason. Please check them out.

  • You are Born Again. You Struggle with Same-Sex Attraction and with Walking in Obedience. You've Prayed to be Made Obedient and for More Grace - and Nothing Happened. This Episode Looks at Why - and it's for "ALL " Born-Again Believers.
    2026/07/09

This episode is taken from "How I Learned to Deal with Same-Sex Attraction Biblically and all Desires of the Flesh" - a series. I explain that after years of struggling with same-sex attraction and praying to be made obedient, like a dog chasing its tail, the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to what is true of all born-again believers in Jesus: the moment we were born gain/from above), the Holy Spirit equipped us to walk in obedience unto God (2 Peter 1:3). My life has never been the same, and I share it with you - praying it will benefit your walk with the Lord. From my heart to yours, Dennis

I recorded this episode on July 9th and referred to scriptures that tell born-again believers in Christ that they stand in grace without my naming them exactly. Today, is July 10th, and here are they are: "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into the grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God" (Romans 5: 1-2). Looking for the grace that is already ours opens the door to anger at God for not experiencing its transformative power when we want to change and obey God, only to fail at it. And it led me to "throw in the towel" and live as a gay man for seven years. Check out those episodes. Please note: We experience transformative grace when we walk in obedience. Because many born-again believers do not know how to walk in obedience, I recorded this podcast to share how I learned to do it (Galatians 5:16). Check out: "How I Learned to Deal with Same-Sex Attraction Biblically." Understanding Hebrews 10:14 was instrumental.

  • Do You Know that Hebrew has two Words for Fear? Knowing the Difference is Foundational to Biblically Dealing with Same-Sex Attraction and all Desires of the Flesh; so is Hebrews 10:14.
    2026/07/07

This episode is like icing on the cake for the episodes that I previously recorded about growing in the knowledge of God's attributes and what it means to fear Him. One of the Hebrew words for fear means to "run towards." The other, to "run away in terror." Which one describes you? Know this, that God doesn't want you or me, or anyone, to run away from Him in terror. But that is the fate for people who have not been born again - a "one-to-one" with the Living Christ. If that's you, God gave Jesus, so it no longer "is" you - and Hebrews 10:14 describes you. I unpack it all in this episode.

  • The Previous Two Episodes Presented the War Between the Flesh and the Spirit, and God Disciplines His Children as Proofs of Being Born Again. In this Episode, I Add a Heart that Cries Abba: Daddy, "The" Father.
    2026/07/06

Galatians 5:17: the war within born-again believers in Jesus proves that someone is born again. Hebrews 12:8: God discipling His children is another proof. This is how it reads in the Amplified Bible: "Now if you are exempt from correction and left without discipline in which all [of God's children] share, then you are illegitimate offspring and not true sons (generic for male and female; my insertion) [at all]." If these are missing in someone who professes to be a Christian, they are not born again or are a prodigal who turned themselves over to the desires of the flesh; actually, God turned them over to these desires because of ongoing disobedience (1 Corinthians 5:1-5). Check out the episodes that are the account of my being a prodigal. In this episode, I've included a third proof of being born again: a heart that cries, "Abba:" Daddy, "The" Father (Mark 14:36; Romans 8:14-16; Galatians 4:4-17). I've also included why praying the sinner's prayer to become a Christian is more than extremely dangerous.

  • Follow up to the Previous Episode: You Identify Yourself as a Gay Christian, Because You've Invited Jesus into Your Heart (the Sinner's Prayer) - but are You Born Again (what it Means to be a Christian)? How can You Know for Sure?
    2026/07/04

In this episode, I share several verses that prove we are born again. I also unpack 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8 and how it applies to a born-again believer who identifies as a gay Christian - and the seriousness of it before Jesus. This may be the most confronting episode that I've recorded - because confrontation is the door-opener to transformation.

  • You Identify Yourself as a Gay Christian, Because You've Invited Jesus into Your Heart (the Sinner's Prayer) - but are You Born Again (what it Means to be a Christian)? How can You Know for Sure?
    2026/07/03

Far too often, praying the Sinner's Prayer to ask Jesus into one's life is thought of as the agent in becoming a Christian: to be born again. This is a condensed version: "Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus died for my sins. I also believe that He arose from the grave. I invite Jesus into my life." I add "dangerously far too often" because the Bible teaches that the Holy Spirit is the Agent in becoming born again, what it means to be a Christian, and not a prayer we pray - an act of the will - as if it activates Him (Revelation 3:20). Eternity is at stake if we don't know the difference, and that Galatians 5:17 proves that we are born again. It applies to all people who profess to be Christians. And it hinges on Romans 10:17 preached in its fullest: "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ." Please check out "The Gospel the Devil Loves" on YouTube; it says it all.

  • A Sluggish Highchair Christian and Proverbs 2:1-5: Verses that Come with Amazing Promises when we Step out of our Spiritual Highchair
    2026/06/26

I recorded an earlier episode about being a highchair Christian: never learning to feed ourselves from God's Word - and shabbily short on private prayer and worship (Check it out: "The Joy of Being a Closet Christian.") In this episode, I've added "sluggish" to describe Christians who are satisfied with the present evangelical status quo: If it doesn't make you feel good, you are falling short of what it means to have a relationship with God. It produces what I experienced in my life: running in circles in "the wilderness" and being blindsided that I was there: embarrassingly sluggish in my relationship with God. I discovered that Proverbs 2:1-5 was the way out. I said pretty much the same thing in the first episode about being a high-chair Christian. This time, I added something new and powerfully transformative that I've recently learned about, which links to the Proverbs 2 promises of discerning the fear of God and discovering the knowledge of God. There are two Hebrew words translated into English as "fear" that have different meanings. One speaks of being terrified of God and running from Him. The other speaks of moving toward Him in awe and reverence, safe in Christ and in the Father's love: the promise of making Proverbs 2:15 the goal of our Christian life, and "doing it! - no room being sluggish. So, listen to this video, and get going. From my heart to yours, Dennis
