In the final episode of 8 Limb Life, we arrive at Samadhi, the eighth limb of yoga: a state of deep absorption in which the usual sense of separation between ourselves and our experience dissolves.
We’ll explore what Samadhi actually means, how it relates to meditation and enlightenment, and why it isn't something we can force.
More importantly, we'll look at how this ancient teaching can show up in ordinary moments—in nature, in movement, in love, in creativity.
After exploring all eight limbs, we come full circle and remember:
Yoga isn't something we finish. It's something we live.
Season One of 8 Limb Life has been a journey through the eight limbs of yoga — not as a set of rules to master, but as an invitation to live with a little more awareness, presence, and intention.
From the yamas and niyamas to asana, breath, meditation, and finally samadhi, we’ve explored how these ancient teachings can meet us right where we are, in the ordinary moments of modern life.
Thank you for listening, reflecting, and walking this path with me.
Until next season, keep living your yoga.
