💡 Thought Questions for Engagement:
Have you ever felt the crushing weight of trying to be "perfect" or "good enough" for God? Do you find yourself constantly striving to do more, be better, and achieve more, only to find that the goalposts keep moving and you still feel empty?

This message is a profound call to let go of the "moral bootstrap" mentality. We explore the reality that while we are called to live good lives, our salvation can never be found in our own goodness. We dive into the heart of the Gospel: that Jesus is the only one who is truly "Good," and His grace is the only bridge across the gap of our sin. If you are tired of trying to be your own savior, let this message remind you that Jesus is on the scene, and He is enough.

📖 Scripture

• Luke 18:18-23 (The story of the Rich Young Ruler and the impossibility of self-salvation.)
• Romans 3:23 (The sobering truth of our fallen nature.)
• 2 Corinthians 5:21 (The "Cosmic Swap"—He became sin so we might become righteousness.)
• Psalm 51:5 (Recognizing our sinfulness from the beginning.)
• Genesis 8:21 (The reality of the human heart's inclinations.)
