Will AI take your job? In Episode 1 of the SMAT Podcast, we ask what human judgement is worth at work when a tool can handle design, editing, posting and engagement.
AI taking jobs can sound like a distant debate, until someone asks what your annual salary is and points to a tool. This episode lands somewhere between a laugh and a real question: how do we measure the value of human judgement at work?
Tools can produce output. Judgement decides what’s worth producing, for whom, and why. As AI reshapes digital work across Africa, from content creation to social media and creative careers, that question matters to every professional.
The SMAT Podcast is from SMAT (Social Media Accelerators Tribe), covering digital work, creative careers and the future of work in Africa.
