Documenting my notes verbally until I can get back to writing/reading/use of notebooks & working every day on a recovery of distracting, unrelenting & mentally taxing nerve radiculopathy that currently is hips down. Today is September 27, 2025 and things have significantly changed since use of Grok providing detailed analysis of a tweet.

The methodology will be presented in short videos.

This videos validate prolonged exposure therapy through video editing.

The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.

Questions welcomed & help tbi to be frank by forcing me to organize language.

Sexualization, bullying & censorship is not & everyone is creating this curriculum. Those that are already in it, just know, I did everything to not have to repeat this verbatim, but honestly, I think that's the only way to end this faster which in turn, ends suicide faster.

Just write what you hear---like note-taking---and don't worry about grammar, spelling or readability. Just *GET **IT OUT.

STEP *ONE IS OVER

STEP TWO or REFLECTION is now COMPARE/CONTRAST [two admins; two philosophies in life. Give or take the most!]

STEP TWO is simply when ptsd ends, nothing really happens except something really does. **IT ends.

**Indescribable Trauma because you've described it.

The new PTSdone is called a "doi." A great idea!!! To validate a person who helped me get to this, and also, a container since with ptsd, sometimes you just need ONE to take on the burden.

  • I said it PRIVATELY to people who "dumped" (get it now!) their trauma, but for me to sit with it, I have to share TBI strategies. Now, just make those strategies PUBLIC. The effort to get here takes a long time. I want it to go faster so we automatically,

LISTENING & my thoughts!! I get to hear my thoughts again!!!

    • If repeating, that is me STAYING THERE to get to the next week. I just can't think of it, but to have silence means "they" may pop up again until I learn that they no longer pop-up & that can take a lot of repetition.
    • In the past, thank you for the word you taught me, but what's the point if asking questions about TBI only to use to advantage--the original--a behavior that explains other behaviors of people BEFORE assault & in that time, could intellectually put it away. They're having a bad day! Gee, they must be going through something! Whatever. No creative imagination to problem solve, maybe it's deeper. Just a logical piece. You need that, too.
    • "Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa," indicates a moment of dizziness. Validate then move on.

  • This podcast is REFLECT & in a way edit. To be able to hear self, one must... no. To be able to write, one must hear self.

    That's most concise. THE POINT!

Regarding consent in sharing. The client must also know what I'm doing & understand before they can consent. At one point, universal consent to record, but also, what's the purpose of it. I'd ask. He'd say, "I don't know, but it's fine." It's to help me confront the trauma connected to tech, "oh yea, fuck that guy, yea, whatever you need."

What about this bit...Let me rethink that & that's the answer, to always ask with certain people since yes, you're teaching me how trauma works, but it can be private. That's the hardest part. The bits I have to go back one day for #14, but at this moment, I can just talk about it. That's the difference!!

In this case, no need for show. Just tell. When you come across people who repeat their stories, zoom in on what stories they're repeating... We'll start that.
