What does it actually mean to be a disciple in your neighbourhood, your workplace, your everyday life? On Pentecost Sunday, we reflected on what it means to live a life truly shaped by the gift of the Holy Spirit. Pentecost is not simply an event we remember, but a greater reality we are all caught up in — young and old, every generation invited into a life filled with the Spirit, following the Spirit, and bearing the fruit of the Spirit. Together, we ask: How has my life been changed in light of Pentecost, and does it reflect what God came to do?

This Sunday, Peter unpacks “What Christ’s Ascension Means for Us” from Acts 1, reminding us that Jesus’ leaving wasn’t the end of the story — it was the beginning of our purpose. Because Christ is alive, reigning, praying for us, and calling us into His mission, our lives are caught up in something far bigger than ourselves.

He offers not a roadmap or a formula, but Himself — the way, the truth, and the life.
