    A national report, Activate Her Skills, released by the Australian Multicultural Women’s Alliance in partnership with Settlement Services International, has found that more than 340,000 migrant and refugee women in Australia are working in roles below their skill and qualification levels. The report highlights a major workforce mismatch, with only 41 per cent of these women employed in jobs that align with their qualifications.
