Gracie and Lucas of Moonstone join the show to talk about building a loyal following in Dallas with a sound that refuses to pick a lane. They share how a Paramore cover band idea turned into an original EP after a trip to Austin City Limits, why they believe pop is far more creative than people give it credit for, and how their festival Moon Fest was such a success that they are already planning a bigger version for next year. They also get honest about social media pressure, parasocial relationships with fans, handing their songs to producer Alan Day, and the new music they are working on now. Stick around to the end for an acoustic performance of Under the Knife.
