As a business owner in one of the happiest countries in the world (Denmark), Jase wanted to know how Peter defines and responds to success and failure, personally and professionally.
Overview of episode
This episode is a conversation about the real emotional mechanics of entrepreneurship: success, failure, pressure, and identity. Peter Kofler shares a grounded view of what it takes to build a business without losing yourself, including why mental resources matter as much as cash runway.
The reflection we hope listeners will take away
Build your own dream instead of someone else’s.
