In this episode, we go back to the beginning for me, as far as kettlebells go. I started playing with KBs in 2002 and attended Dragon Door's RKC certification in 2003.

On today's show, I reconnected with John Du Cane, the founder and CEO of Dragon Door Publications, a company dedicated to the development and promotion of innovative fitness resources.

John is best known as the co-architect of the modern kettlebell movement in 2001. Along with Dragon Door's author Pavel Tsatsouline, John created the world's first-ever kettlebell instructor certification system, manufactured a unique set of kettlebells in Minnesota and published the world's first-ever book and video on kettlebell training, The Russian Kettlebell Challenge.

Much copied, Dragon Door's flagship RKC kettlebell program became the industry's gold standard and a fitness movement that transformed the health of tens of millions globally.
