Sazerac: Rinse with Absinthe, in a mixing glass muddle sugar, a bit of water, and a few dashes of Peychaud's bitters, then add 1.5 to 2.5 oz rye (how merry do you want to be), fill the mixing glass with ice and stir till mixture is very cold, strain into glass, garnish with lemon peel (express peel into drink if you some extra lemon flavor), enjoy!
