In this episode of the Regenerative edge, host Moh Al-Haifi continues the conversation with Renee Mitchell from Tandem, exploring what it means to build cultures where people no longer have to split themselves in two.
Renee reflects on a wider collective shift, from autopilot and performance towards self-awareness, care, integration, and a deeper understanding of what people are carrying into work. From the rise of mental health conversations to the lasting impact of the pandemic, she explores how more leaders are beginning to question the cultures they have inherited, and whether those cultures ask people to mask, fragment, or leave parts of themselves behind.
Together, Moh and Renee explore whole-self leadership, self-resourcing, community care, money, regulation, grief literacy, and the possibility of organisations becoming places where people can bring their gifts without pretending to be untouched by the world around them.
This episode is part of Season 1, Setting the Table, stewarded by Zebra Growth and created in collaboration with foundational partners Unity Effect and Tandem.
