Matilda chats to us about her work, the overlaps with mental health, eating, weight and running, the signs to look out for in terms of potentially unhealthy behaviour and what to do if you are worried for yourself or someone else. Matilda also talks about her own love of running and how she is building up to the Boston (US) marathon.
