Growing up in a challenging environment, Hertha became an overachiever, excelling in various fields while suppressing her pain. Her NDE revealed a deep connection with God and a sense of oneness, leading her to promise to heal and embrace life fully. She felt "Love Only," and like she was HOME.

Returning to her body felt like "crawling into a dead elk carcass on the interstate." She found healing through a journey of finding wholeness, which included the unique role of equine gestalt therapy.

Our special guest on this episode is Vania Valtriani, a Brazilian now living in Utah. 10 years ago she suffered a stroke and had a profound near death experience (NDE).

During her NDE she saw her father who had passed away 16 years prior. He looked young like he looked when she was 7 or 8 years old. She felt good, she felt peace, and she felt her father's love for her as he opened his arms and said, "daughter."

She saw her body on the hospital bed and the medical staff working on it. At one point she felt cold, afraid and alone. Then everything changed as she found Jesus beside her. She describes His amazing eyes. He took her hands and three times said, "Everything will be alright."

Vania's life has changed since the NDE. She feels her mission is to share her story with everyone she possibly can. "He is real. He is alive. His love doesn't change, no matter what we do."
