Throughout the past 20 years Russell has been through almost every phase of the firearms industry from gun shows, brick and mortar retail, to commercial manufacturing. When the company started producing rifles with suppressor use in mind for everyday application, Russell saw the real need for the shooter. Follow up shots were lacking with suppressor use due to gas in the face. The TRDT was born. Russell's day-to-day consists of helping people navigate the world of ATF paper work while managing a few other business ventures. He also tries to carve out time for his kids.

Dillon is an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the firearms industry. He has been involved in firearms sales and within the last 4 years moving into the manufacturing side of the industry. Dealing mainly in full auto suppressed weapons, the company decided there was a need for gas mitigation in certain weapon platforms. This is what led to the idea for the ported upper receivers for the TRDT rifles. Alongside Donovan Manufacturing, Dillon also owns and runs a security company. He is usually found at the office these days on the phone with clients or the computer handling contracts and scheduling.
