This week we got into such a beautiful conversation that started out with the stumbling blocks we have experienced in our journeys. This quickly turned into something everyone in the room has in common, and I am sure a lot of you can relate to … the struggles of being an empath and how to navigate this added extra gift into the mix. If you feel you might be sensitive or an empath, have a listen and share wtih you empathic/sensitive friends, as there are so many of us just realizing that we have these gifts, and that can be a challenge to navigate with them.

The room is hosted by Tara Stricker, the Soulpreneur behind TSW LifeCoaching. If you would like to connect with me, you can find me on any of my socials under TSW LifeCoaching or through my website www.tswlifecoaching.com

So much gratitude and appreciation goes to all those who attend and share; it is an honour to host the room!

As we often mention on the podcast, that some of our mic-drop moments should be on t-shirts ... we have done it! We started a merch store where you can get some of our great sayings on t-shirts, hoodies, and so much more. Be sure to check it out! Here is the link
