You're doing everything right. So why isn't it working?

The Rewire Your Mind Podcast is for high performers who are already building something real... and feel there's another level they can't seem to reach.

You've read the books. You've bought the strategy. You've sat in the rooms that lit you up for two weeks. And you keep landing at the same ceiling.

Here's what's actually happening. Your results will never outgrow your subconscious wiring. Part of you is lit up to hit the next level, and another part is built to keep everything safe exactly where it is. That second part wins every time, because it runs underneath your awareness. You can't out-work it. You can only rewire it.

Every week, Certified High Performance Coach Brad Bizjack breaks down the mindset, psychology, and subconscious patterns behind lasting success, in plain language you can use before the episode is over. You'll hear why self-sabotage shows up right when things start working, what the top 1% think, believe, and do to build wildly successful and deeply fulfilling lives... and how to go do the same without burning down the life you've already built.

Brad went from $92,000 in debt to a multi-7-figure business by rewiring his own subconscious mind, and over the last 13+ years he's walked more than 80,000 people through that same process. This show has become the go-to personal development podcast for entrepreneurs, coaches, creators, network marketers, and leaders who refuse to settle for average.

If you're a high performer who knows you're made for more, you're in the right place. Hit follow so you never miss an episode, and remember... you're only one insight away from a radically different life.

  • Why Some People Change In 5 Days And Others Take 5 Years
    2026/09/28

Two people read the same book, go to the same event, finish the same program... and six months later only one of them is living a different life. In this episode, Brad reveals the invisible line that decides whether change sticks and the three forces that determine how fast it happens, so you can stop white-knuckling your way through another year of two steps forward, three steps back. You'll find out which force you've been running without, and why it's probably the one you'd swear you already have.

Some people change in five days. Some take five years. The only difference is which forces are running.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Every tactic you've ever bought lives at the behavior level. Lasting change lives beneath a line, in your beliefs, your values, and how much you believe you're allowed to have. Change what you do without changing what runs underneath, and February looks exactly like last year.
    • If you value success but equally value being safe, being liked, or being the one who has it all handled, you have two commitments pulling in opposite directions. No habit stack fixes that tug of war. It just exhausts you.
    • Force one is coaching and mentorship. The strongest force in the human personality is the need to stay consistent with who you already think you are, so the part of you trying to coach yourself is the same part protecting the pattern. You can't read the label from inside the bottle.
    • Stop asking down. Asking the people who need you feels safe and turns into commiserating, while asking up, to people who have walked it before, gets you held to a higher standard. This week, ask one person ahead of you "What's the pattern you see in me that I can't see?" and then say nothing for 60 seconds and write down whatever they say.
    • Force two is your peer group. Your nervous system treats whatever your dinner table calls "a big goal" as the ceiling, and the most dangerous person in your life is the cheerleader who champions mediocrity. Write down the five people you talk to most and what each of them considers a big goal. That list is your ceiling.
    • Force three is immersion. Surface learning keeps you in the knowledge zone, where you can explain a concept and still not live it, and the event high wore off because the new belief never got enough consecutive repetitions to survive the old wiring. Five consecutive days of the same practice, with someone watching, beats five scattered across a month, and when all three forces run at once, aimed beneath the line, that is acceleration.

  • The Strength That Built Your Business Is Now Holding It Back
    2026/09/21

In this episode, Brad traces your greatest limitation back to the recording years, the window before age ten when your mind absorbed every rule about money and success without a filter, and shows you how a single moment became a belief that's been voting on every decision you've made since. Then he walks you through a four-step tracing exercise so you can find the rule that's capping you, say it out loud, and start to loosen it this week.

What got you here has a ceiling. And it's hiding inside your personality.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Before roughly age seven to ten, your mind took everything literally and recorded it without a filter. You absorbed your rules about money, success, and worth the same way you absorbed the English language, which is why you can't remember learning any of them and why they run everything.
    • A moment becomes a rule through two ingredients: high emotion and a child's interpretation. The stronger the emotion, the deeper the rule goes. And the rule comes from the meaning the child gave the moment, which is why two kids raised by the same father can draw completely opposite conclusions about their lives.
    • The rule that built your success has a range. "I have to prove I'm enough" is blast-off fuel. It gets you up before the kids wake and makes you outwork everyone in the room. But proving is running away from something, and away-from energy runs out right when you start making real progress. What got you out of the atmosphere is lighter fluid. What gets you around the moon is charcoal.
    • Installed rules feel like reality, so they hide inside your personality. "I'm just conservative with money." "I'm just not a big goal person." That's a rule wearing your name, and your personality has great branding for the approval of people whose approval you no longer want.
    • Blame is a waste of time. The people who installed your rules were running their own installed rules. It's inherited software, passed down generation to generation until someone decides to be the exception. It isn't your fault the rule got installed. Being the exception means taking full responsibility for what you do about it anyway.
    • Knowledge is potential power. Knowing is a lived experience. To close the gap: pick the pattern that keeps repeating at your level, name the actual emotion underneath it, follow that feeling back to the first time you remember it, and write down what you decided in that moment. Say the sentence out loud three times with a big diaphragmatic breath between each, notice your brain start to reject it, then ask "what is the truth?" and breathe through that three times too.

  • Why You're Afraid the Money Will Disappear (Even Though You Know How to Make More)
    2026/09/14

Things are fine, maybe better than fine, so why does your stomach drop every time revenue goes flat? In this episode, Brad reveals why a good month can feel worse than being broke, why your mood has been quietly taking orders from your dashboard, and why more effort stopped moving the number... so you can get your energy and creativity back and finally climb off the plateau you keep sliding back onto.

The number is the effect. Who you're being is the cause.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • When you were coming up, you knew how to handle the pain of limitation. Now you're attached to what you built, and the fear of losing it hits harder than the pain of never having it ever did. People who play small don't feel this ache because they're already losing... so if you feel it, you're a high performer and you're completely normal.
    • Great week, you feel amazing; slow week, you're short with the kids and can't say why. When your mood follows the number, you've handed your personal power to the outcome, and there's none left to change the outcome. Revenue is the effect, and who you're being is the cause.
    • The hidden rule most high performers live by is "I'm fine only if the number is growing." But expansion and contraction are both guaranteed, so if a great season means you're amazing, a slow season has to mean you're a failure. Your dashboard becomes a mood ring you wear every day, and that's unfair to you, your family, and your creativity.
    • Bad luck doesn't run on a schedule, but this does: every time you go above your energetic set point, something gets sloppy... a shiny new project, a fight with your partner the night before a big opportunity, suddenly too busy for the thing that was working. This is the first problem that doesn't respond to more work, and the only thing it responds to is letting go. The higher you go, the lighter you have to be.
    • Scarcity wears the costume of responsibility. You hesitate on the hire that would move the range, then spend three times that on the next strategy because effort feels safer than a bet on yourself. You never get beyond scarcity by waiting for a number to make you feel safe; you have to start beyond it.
    • Three shifts to make tonight: measure from the trailhead instead of the mountaintop, sort every money stress into "can control" and "can't control" and only work the first column, and trade "how do I get past this range?" for "what have I been believing about money and safety that keeps producing these decisions?"
    • Success is 80% psychology, 20% mechanics. Your dashboard needs a different person making the decisions, and that person is a different version of you.
