In this first part Jon and Ramona reminisce on Cable Network channels and shows. Channels such as Cartoon Network, Fox and WB Kids, Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. Shows that we loved to watch such as Dexter's Laboratory, Courage The Cowardly Dog, Batman The Animated Series, Goosebumps, That's So Raven, Rugrats, Spongebob Squarepants and many more. We also get to hear some amazing fun facts and trivia in this section as well.

In this episode of Rewind Room, Jon and Ramona reminisce and discuss the video games of the past as well as look into the history of where gaming came from and it's origins in the 70's and into the 80's and 90's. Jon and Ramona then talk about the Golden Age of gaming with the PS2, Xbox and Gamecube, only advanced by the next generation being the PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. Along with PC gaming at the same time. Ramona then talks about the handheld consoles that have made gaming on the go an experience, and then the two round out the discussion with the current generation of gaming and whether or not gaming is still worth it to this day.

From big budget blockbuster franchises like "The Star Wars: Prequels, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, to early Superhero movies such as Sam Rami's Spider-Man series, Fox's X-Men franchise, Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, and even the early rise of the MCU in Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk. They discuss more of what is driving this resurgence, why so many young people feel the need to revisit older media that is not catered to them, is it a trend?
