In Episode 2 of Review, Reroll, Refill, Will Matthews (Beerploma) and head brewer John Leingang (Nine Mile Brewing Co.) are broadcasting live from a bustling Friday brew day in Bloomington, Minnesota.

To kick off a brand new show tradition, the guys brave the sharp, herbal burn of a German classic—the Underberg digestif—and talk about how it became the ultimate hop-selection rally cry.
