In Revelation chapter 6, John sees the Lamb open the first six seals of the book. As each seal is opened, four horses appear, bringing conquest, war, famine, death, and judgment upon the earth.

The discussion covers the four horsemen, the white horse, false peace, the red horse and war, the black horse and famine, and the pale horse whose rider is called Death, with Hell following after him.
