    You are not the only one creating your thoughts. There is something - I call it a parasite, but you can call it whatever makes the most sense to you - in your mind that is not you but makes you believe it is. It puts thoughts in your mind that are not your thoughts. It creates a reality it wants you to believe, isolates you from the people you love, and tortures you with your greatest fears. It creates your anxiety, self-doubt, and resentment. Here's how I found it in my own mind, recognized its presence in others, and broke free of the reality it created for me.
    This episode will not make a lot of sense unless you've listened to the previous episodes. Listen to them in order or you won't get much out of it. Without the context and data its built upon, this idea will be too hard to understand and believe. You owe it to yourself to understand and actually consider this idea so you can free your mind, reconnect with your loved ones, heal your trauma, and love yourself.
