Lets transform first by reconnecting to your inner child and becoming the adult you always needed growing up!
Before you dive into Reparent Yourself, I want to share a little more about why I created it and how much of this work has come from my own life.
In this episode, I get real about my journey of learning to understand my emotions, regulate myself, recognise my needs and build self-trust.
I share some of the patterns I had to grow through — seeking validation, struggling with my emotions, people-pleasing, emotional eating, overthinking, difficult relationships and learning to stop abandoning myself when life felt uncomfortable.
I also talk about some of the moments that really changed the way I understood myself, including learning to self-soothe, choosing a different path for my life, stepping outside my comfort zone and learning that self-trust isn't about always knowing the right answer — it's built through action.
This isn't a story about having everything figured out.
It's a reminder that you can learn the skills you weren't taught, you can understand yourself without judging yourself, and you can build a relationship with yourself that feels safe and supportive.
As you listen, notice:
What part of my story reminds me of me?
What patterns am I ready to understand differently?
And:
What would it look like to stop abandoning myself when things get hard?
This episode is here to remind you:
You don't have to become a completely different person. You can learn to come home to yourself.
