Paul H. Smith: The longest-serving Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) instructor active today. He began his career as a remote viewing instructor in 1984 and served for seven years in the U.S. government’s Star Gate program at Fort Meade (1983–1990). He was one of only five individuals personally trained by remote viewing pioneers Ingo Swann and Dr. Harold E. Puthoff at SRI-International.

"He was extraordinarily accurate, unbelievably accurate." (a former CIA official, on a series of remote viewings by Pat Price). Paul was involved in Project 8200, an effort led by Frederick “Skip” Atwater, in which six military remote viewers sought to gather intelligence on the four alleged extraterrestrial bases Price had identified.

One particularly compelling connection emerged in 1985, when remote viewer Paul H. Smith conducted a session targeting Mt. Hayes, Alaska. At the time, he had little knowledge of Price’s earlier claims. It wasn’t until 2010, upon seeing the original documents, that Smith realized how closely his session aligned with Price’s descriptions.

Skepticism and Reality: Smith notes that while 90% of UFO rumors may be "baloney," the Nimitz carrier group incident represents well-vetted, objective evidence that requires serious consideration.
