A first date. Two rainbows. Lightning over the ocean. A whale in the distance. Repeating numbers and synchronicities everywhere.

In another chapter of my life, I could have taken every one of those signs and made them about him.

Is this the Universe telling me he's the one? Is this confirmation about the relationship? Am I supposed to give this a chance because of everything I'm seeing?

And for a moment, I did question it.

But instead of making the signs fit the story I wanted them to tell, I stayed present. I witnessed. I listened to myself.

And then I realised...

Maybe the signs weren't about him at all. Maybe they were for me.

For how far I'd come.

For the woman who walked into a first date without performing, shrinking or dimming her light. The woman who noticed what she was feeling without judging him or making it mean something about herself. The woman who communicated her boundaries, trusted what she felt and didn't abandon herself in the hope of being chosen.

For the woman who, in real time, remembered who the fuck she was.

In this episode, I share the date, the signs and synchronicities that surrounded it, and the much bigger revelation they ultimately led me back to.

Because sometimes we become so focused on asking what a sign means about what's ahead of us that we miss what it might be reflecting about what has already changed within us.

And maybe that's the real question when we're navigating love:

Do I like who I become when I'm with them?

And can I stay connected to myself while I discover the answer?
