  • My Brother Told Me “Put Down Your Shield And Pick Up My Sword” | Chantry Hendry - Restored Warrior

Chandler Hendry, the man behind Restored_Truth, has passed away. But his ministry will not pass away. Chantry Hendry, Chuck’s brother, is continuing the work that was started. Chantry shares his story about going on a mission but never being fully convicted until 4 years ago. Car crashes, broken marriages, and cancer scares ultimately led him back to seeking God. His brother and wife, Mary, have been incredible examples while he’s been on his path of redemption.

Chantry’s story helps people know they are never too far from God’s grace. Also the love of family and a good woman can be one of the greatest motivating factors for change. The episode is all about Faith over Fear, and Chantry’s story exemplifies that.

  • Tribute to Chandler Hendry | The Implications of Being Son Or Daughter of God
    2026/08/13

God be with you till we meet again.

Chandler Hendry shares his experience on the mission in Jackson, Mississippi, where he spent two years qualifying his testimony of the restored gospel. He did this by investigating other faiths, just as much as he taught about his own. Afterward, he was tested to see whether he would ACT in faith when no one was watching, and consequently became the number 1 rookie door-to-door salesman that summer. HIs continued study eventually led to making videos in defense of the faith.

Topics discussed in this episode include the implications of being a child of God; Galatians 1:8; claims that we worship a different Jesus; the Trinity never being taught in the Bible; how Eastern Orthodoxy has the best claim on the church; spiritual intelligences and eternity; and the case for evil.

  • Healing From Sexual Grooming By A Church Leader | Noah Cannon
    2025/11/25

Talmage sits down with Noah Canon, a public speaker who’s passionate about suicide prevention for teens. Noah grew up in Idaho, and during his teenage years, he began working-out in the gym and advocating for suicide prevention. At one point, while visiting an elderly leader in his stake, who was both lonely and lived alone, Noah found himself in a vulnerable situation. Recognizing signs of sexual grooming, he immediately left and told his parents.

Noah goes on to describe the damage this event caused: feelings of guilt, loss of his childhood, the distrust of church leaders, and the overall feeling of brokenness. Nevertheless, Noah didn’t let this event define him or take away his testimony. He describes that by leaning on Christ’s atonement, he could be healed, not only from his own sins, but from the trespasses of others.
